Serie 2/3: Complete kit for 2 front doors.
Late handles, called "anti burst" = anti inadvertent opening, were mounted on the latest Serie 3 (+/- 1980-1984). These handles have the advantage of making it impossible to open the doors off-road or on the slopes (vibrations). This also reduces the noise when the door is slammed.
These handles can be mounted without worries on older doors, provided with the standard model. There is just 1 difference: the location of the aperture barrel. On late doors there is a hole in the bodywork for the barrel. If your door is from before 1980, you will have to drill a small hole in the panel to be able to pass the cylinder through it.
